While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy and active lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. SHIPPING
Typically, orders placed by 11:00 AM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holiday) are within 3-4. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST or on holidays are shipped the next business day plus 3-4 processing days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business days after 3-4 days processing time (excluding holidays).
In the case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment may be delayed up to 10 business days for in stock items. If your order is urgent, please make a special request by leaving us a comment at checkout or via email/phone call. We will do our best to grant your request and send out your order as soon as possible.
Pre-order items will be shipped out within 3-4 weeks.
