Covid-19:

As a company, I am doing everything I can to keep the environment as sanitary and safe for whom ever may come into contact with your package.

Pre-Order Items:

  • Please be aware that pre-ordered items make take 3-4 weeks to process and another 1-2 weeks to ship out from our location. This is also including delays with USPS.
  • All pre-order items with clearly be displayed in the title and description.
  • If you order multiple items, please note, we will ship out items currently available so you ca receive your items as soon as possible.

Lost/Stolen Items:

Chimere Company is not responsible for items after they are shipped off, however if you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we can assist you in making your experience better!

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:

Thank you for all your support, however at this time due to Covid-19 we will NOT be accepting returns of any sorts.

Due to a high volume of emails, please allow 24-72 hours for your email to be responded to. Response time varies. If you have not received a response within 72 hours, please resend message in a different message thread, as this could be due to your message going into our spam folder. Emails are answered in date/time order. No email is ignored. 

Please refrain from sending multiple messages in the same message thread, this will push your message to the very end again and delay response time further. Sending a new message in the same message thread gives you a new later time and date. If you would like to send another message, please do send as a new message so your first message does not lose its spot in line. Thanks!
